Coefficient Engineers believes that building engineering is an art and a science. We believe that we have the ability and a responsibility to provide sustainable solutions across the built environment. Solutions that work, that save energy and reduce emissions, and that save money for our clients. All while remembering that buildings are for people and our solutions must keep people happy, healthy and comfortable.

At Coefficient Engineers, we believe that people come first, and this informs everything we do. We have a passion for problem-solving, for collaboration and for building engineering. People should enjoy the built environment and the natural environment, and there doesn't have to be any conflict. Our guiding principle is that the proper application of technology and engineering provides solutions that are a win for everyone.

Owned by Kevin Glover, a 20-year HVAC industry veteran, we specialize in fully integrated HVAC and refrigeration solutions that save energy, save money and maximize comfort. We specialize in all types of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, along with building automation, commissioning and energy efficiency. We  provide solutions across the entire built environment, including ships and offshore platforms, which present some of the most demanding challenges in the world.
